Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace any statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to eligible consumers in the European Union.

Eligibility for Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item should be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused and, where available, with its tags and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically exclude or invalidate any statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers may inspect and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The appropriate return address will be determined and provided by us after your return request has been reviewed. Please do not return products to an address without first contacting us.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. We will bear the return shipping costs when we provide the return shipping label.

Items returned without first contacting us may cause delays in identifying and processing the return. However, this requirement does not restrict any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this policy.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

• Sealed audio, video, or software products if the seal was removed after delivery.

• Digital content supplied without a physical medium after performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost.

• Other goods or services expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Discounted or sale items are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because they were sold at a reduced price. Gift cards may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

This exchange procedure does not restrict your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online or through another distance-selling method, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions described above.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

For an order containing several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but using this form is not mandatory. A clear statement containing your name, order information, contact details, and decision to withdraw is sufficient.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions after receiving your withdrawal notice. Please contact us before sending the goods so that we can provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.

We will bear the return shipping costs by providing a return shipping label.

You may inspect and handle the goods in the same manner as would reasonably be permitted in a physical store. You may be responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The absence or removal of the original packaging does not, by itself, invalidate the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds Following an EU Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery method are not required to be refunded.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

For contracts involving the sale of goods, we may withhold the reimbursement until:

• We have received the returned goods; or

• You have supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.

After we issue the refund, your bank, credit-card provider, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Other Refunds Under the 30-Day Return Policy

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy rather than the statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
